The Study On Relationship Between Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM And Heart Rate Turbulence In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To study the relationship between Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome of Chronic heart failure (CHF) patients and Heart Rate Turbulence (HRT), NYHA classify and EF value, To discuss the damage of autonomic nervous system for providing scientific basis in different syndrome of TCM.Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure (CHF group) and 20 cases of non-organic heart disease (control group) are to be monitored around 24 hours by Holt which is produced by the GE company in US. and then the date including turbulence on set (TO) and turbulence slope (TS) are recorded by analysis software. LVEF are recorded by UCG which is produced by the GE company in US.Results The variety of HRT in CHF group is obvious higher than control group (P<0.05), with different NYHA classify, the more severe CHF was, the more lower HRT (P<0.05或0.01);HRT of the Yang water generic changes significantly than other three types,which include Qi deficiency with yin deficiency,Qi deficiency with blood stasi syndrome,Heart-kidney yang deficiency syndrome (P<0.05); it also has significant change than the normal group (P<0.05);TO show lower, TS show higher in other three tapes,but the difference was not statistically significant (P<0.05);The Pattern of syndromes in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) are correlated with the heart function index(NYHA classify),when the pattern of syndromes are changing among phlegmatic fluid obstructing lung,Qi deficiency with yin deficiency,Qi deficiency with blood stasi syndrome, Heart-kidney yang deficiency syndrome,Yang water generic, NYHA classify show gradually raising trend (P<0.05) and, EF value(%) show gradually falling trend (P<0.05)Conclusion The variety of HRT in CHF group is obvious higher than control group,with different NYHA classify, the more severe CHF was, the more lower HRT,The more severe CHF was,the more function abstract ANS;HRT of the Yang water generic changes significantly than other three types,which include Qi deficiency with yin deficiency,Qi deficiency with blood stasi syndrome,Heart-kidney yang deficiency syndrome; it also has significant change than the normal group,Description HRT value can be used as a reference TCM Syndrome type one of the indicators;The Pattern of syndromes in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF), when the pattern of syndromes are changing among phlegmatic fluid obstructing lung, Qi deficiency with yin deficiency, Qi deficiency with blood stasi syndrome,Heart-kidney yang deficiency syndrome,Yang water generic, NYHA classify show gradually raising trend and, EF value show gradually falling trend.
