Objective:To study the changes and significance of heart rate turbulence in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:Total 123 hospitalization patients in the heart medicine wards this hospital were chosen from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2005. Based on with and without organic heart disease and the heart functions, they were classified into 2 groups: chronic heart failure (CHF)group (n=75) and control group (n=48). According to NYHA heart functional grading(â…¡,â…¢,â…£), CHF group were classified into 3 subgroups.
