Clinical Observation Of The Experience By Professor Zhang Qi On Treatment Of Deficiency Of Spleen-Kidney And Gas-Blood Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:Through the treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF) by professor Zhang qi experienced prescription and syndromes of clinical observation, we will proceed objective evaluation of therapeutic on it.Amang them with deficiency of spleen-kidney and gas-blood mold in the majority,this pattern was meta-analysis.Methods:To apply self-methods is to compare the before and after treatment for 50 patients with the Pishen Qixue Kuixu mold of CRF who were collected according to criterion and standards of syndrome differentiation in TCM. On the bases of necessary treatment, patients took the experience formulae of the treatment by Professor Zhangqi. Therapeutic effect was observed 6 months. Constrasterd the quantificar scores of symptoms in Chinese medicine indicated for the main clinical symptoms of patients. Inspect the changes of Cct,Scr,Hb,RBC,HCT,Ca,K,P.Results:1. The treatment could improve the patients clinical symptoms (P<0.05); 2.-The treatment could decrease the patients Scr> BUN (P<0.05) The treatment could improve the patients Ccr (P<0.05); 3. The treatment could improve the patients Hb,RBC and HCT (P<0.05); 4. The treatment had no influence on serum ion, such as Ca,K,P (P>0.05)Conclusion:1.The clinical symptoms on patients associated with deficiency of spleen-kidney and gas-blood of CRF could be relieved base on the experience of Professor Zhangqi; 2.The treatment could decrease the patients Scr,BUN and improve Ccr base on the experience of Professor Zhangqi; 3.The treatment could improve the patients Hb,RBC and HCT base on the experience of Professor Zhangqi; 4. The treatment had no influence on serum ion, such as Ca,K,P base on the experience of Professor Zhangqi.
