| Objective:To investigate the Qing Jing san for IUD after treatment due to Blood Heat and the clinical effect of menstruation.Methods:This study found Blood Heat set period after the ring extended into the standard diagnostic criteria and 30 patients a systematic clinical observation. Observed three menstrual cycles, were recorded every 1 treatment cycle,3 cycles after the assessment of efficacy.Results:1. QingJingsan for total score of symptoms after treatment with the total score of symptoms before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. After treatment by QingJingSan for every single symptom symptom score compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Qing IUD by Powder for home after the treatment period due to extended illness efficacy, cure in 9 cases (30%) were cured,12 cases (40%), effective in 6 cases (20%) and 3 cases(10%) The total effective rate was 90%4. QingJingsan for IUD in the treatment of menstruation after effects caused by menstruation, the total effective rate was 83%.5. The effect of disease and age, ring age, illness, disease and treatment efficacy and other related factors showed that age is small, ring age is short, light condition, short course, or course of treatment is relatively well elderly. Conclusion:The addition and subtraction can be effectively cleared by the casual treatment of IUD-induced menstrual Blood Heat longer, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, regulating menstruation has a good effect, it is worth promoting. |
