China's health care system reform for more than 30 years,has obtained the huge achievement,we have basically completed the basic medical insurance system for universal coverage.But,some deep-seated problems in the medical filed have not been effectively sloved,the rise of medical expenses and the short of quality medical services have become a prominent problem hindering the development of halth care in China and the improvement of social welfare.The new round of medical reform emphasizes the implementation of government responsibilites and the public welfare of public hospitals,but it does not mean abandoning the market mechanism in the allocation of medical services resources.On the contrary,the development of China's medical service industry should attach importance to the establishment of the reputation mechanism of medical service market.For a long time,government regulation on medical service industry by the resaon of information asymmentry and externality,it has caused the monopoly of the supply of medical services and the distortion of the market price system.Particularly,the system of reputation evaluation of medical institutions have been completely dominated by the government,crowding out the space to play a role for market reputation mechanism.However,the reputation of government is not a substitute for market reputation,in the context of the growing demand for medical services and the growing scale of medical institutions,we should full play to the role of third-party evaluation agencies and industry assocications,to establish a social evaluation model for the reputation of medical institutions.With the development of mobile Internet,the integration of Internet and medical trestment is bound to become the the trent of development of future medical industry.The Internet is of great significance to solve the problem of informantion asymment and optimize the allocation of medical resources.The medical industry reform should cater to this trent and practice boldly,take the "Internet plus medical treatment" as an opportunity to improve mechanism of China's medical services industry.This paper is based on reputation mechanism and government regulation.First,this paper analyzes the market characteristics of the medical industry through the study of the theory of information,and analyzess the influences of reputation incentive mechanism on the selection through game and model.Then,this paper analyzes the change of reputation mechanism of medical services industry after deregulation based on the reform of health care sysstem in China.Then,from the perspective of Internet medical development,this paper points out the significance of mobile Internet for the construction of the reputation mechanism on medical industry,and analyzes the reputation mechanism of new Internet medical service organization based on the case of"nongbo cloud hospital".Finally,based on consumer questionnaire survey,empirical analysis is carried out from public perception of reputation and the demand of government regulation.This paper takes case analysis,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,according to the theory analysis and positive analysis,the essay draws the following conclusion:First,market reputation mechanism is an effective means to restrain the behavior of medical service suppliers.Second,excessive government intervention has limited the effective functioning of the market reputation incentive mechanism.Third,the joining of the Internet helps to inprove the reputation mechanism of the medical service mareket.Fourth,the effective operation of the medical service market requires a combination of reputation mechanism and government regulation.In view of this,this paper proposes the reform will be carried out frow two aspects:establishing the market reputation mechanism of the medical service industry and improving the mode of government regulation,coordinate the relationship between the two aspects,to explore the suitable system building for the healthy development of China's medical service industry.
