| ObjectiveThrough the data mining method to study the treatment of ischemic stroke,syndromes elements and drugs and other data information,analyze the treatment distribution of ischemic stroke,evaluate the value of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of ischemic stroke,to provide scientific,standardized and quantifiable effective guidance for clinical practice.MethodsElectronic search of four major databases: CNKI,WANDANG DATA,VIP,and Sino Med.For the period from January 1990 to December 2017 related to Chinese medicine treatment of ischemic stroke through the relevant efficacy evaluation indicators to verify the clear observation of clinical observation research literature collection,the extraction of syndromes,treatment,prescription and other information As research data.After the data is standardized,and the level is refined and resolved,the database is established.SPSS 22.0,SPSS Clementine 12.0 statistical software and “Chinese Traditional Medicine Auxiliary Platform System V2.5” software are used as data mining platforms,and various statistical methods such as frequency analysis,scale scoring,Apriori algorithm for association rules,building a relational network model,complex network analysis,and association rule method are used.Data mining from the three dimensions of governing methods,syndrome elements,and prescriptions were conducted to analyze the distribution of inflammatory treatment of ischemic stroke,distribution of syndrome elements,distribution of medication,correlations between treatment and syndrome elements,and medication laws,thereby evaluating blood circulation.Treatment of Ischemic Apoplexy with Huatan Method.ResultIn this study,506 literatures were included,including 399 journals and 107 master and doctoral theses.There were 24830 patients in the treatment group and 22603 in the control group.Total 1518 data in the article,article 506 syndrome(standardization into 1082 single syndrome elements),the treatment 506 standardization(article 1811 after a single treatment),article 506 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to 5119(including 222 taste traditional Chinese medicine).1 Treatment distribution506 articles included in the governing law were divided into 1811 single treatments.The main governing methods were Huoxuehuayu(27.0%),Qi(16.5%),Hushi(13.0%),Tongluo(11.4%),Xifeng(8.8%),in which the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was the highest score in all the distribution of governance,accounting for 27.0%.2 Syndrome elements distribution506 syndromes were included,standardized and divided into 1082 single syndrome elements.The main syndromes were blood stasis(25.5%),qi deficiency(15.4%),dyspepsia(14.2%),and internal wind(6.4%).Fiery(5.0%),of which blood stasis in the distribution of all syndromes score the highest score,accounting for 25.5%.3 Drug distribution506 prescriptions were included,including 222 tastes of single Chinese herbs,and the total frequency of the drugs was 5119.Among them,there were 25 tastes of Chinese medicines with frequency of more than 50 times(frequency of 10%),and 32 tastes of blood circulation and phlegm drugs of prescriptions.Not listed one by one.According to the classification of drugs,the most commonly used drugs were blood circulation and phlegm drugs(38.7%),tonic drugs(15.5%),Pinggan Xifeng medicine(13.0%),and phlegm-resolving drugs(8.2%).4 The relationship between the law and the syndrome elements4.1 Treatment: The degrees of support above 30% were promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with Tongluo(68.58%),promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with dampness(46.64%),promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with tonifying Qi(44.66%),and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with extinguishment(35.77%),which represents the effective probability of the above two treatments used in the treatment of ischemic stroke: 68.58%,46.64%,44.66%,35.77%,of which the combined effect of activating blood and removing blood stasis and Tongluo has the highest effective probability.maximum.The effective probability of combining blood circulation with removing phlegm,regulating qi,replenishing yang,nourishing blood,and reconciling Shaoyang is relatively low,and is less than 10%.From the point of view of confidence,under the premise of using Tongluo,Qi,Xifeng,Ziyin,dampness or other methods of treatment,the probability of using the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is high,which is 99.14% and 99.12% respectively,93.37%,92.42%,89.83%,89.47%,88.00%,84.44%,80.25%,etc.This reflects the relevance of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and other treatments.When using the method of collaterals,the use of blood circulation is used.The probability of phlegm and blood stasis method is the highest,which is 99.1%.It can be seen that the correlation between blood circulation and stasis circulation method is the highest,followed by Qi,Xifeng,Ziyin,and dampness.4.2 Syndrome elements: The degree of support above 15% was followed by blood stasis combined with dampness(44.86%),blood stasis combined with qi deficiency(40.12%),blood stasis combined with internal wind(19.76%),and blood stasis combined with fiery fever(15.02%),indicating ischemia The probability of the simultaneous occurrence of two syndromes in the distribution of the syndrome elements of sexual stroke,in which the probability of the occurrence of blood stasis combined with dampness is the largest,reflecting that both blood stasis and dampness often combine with each other and cause diseases together to induce stroke.From the point of view of confidence,when there is qi deficiency,dampness,gas inverse,internal wind,yang deficiency and yin deficiency,the probability of blood stasis is 99.51%,71.81%,71.43%,67.00%,66.67%,respectively.62.50%,reflecting the relationship between blood stasis and other syndromes,shows that the relationship between blood stasis and qi deficiency,phlegm stagnation,qi inverse,intrinsic wind,yang deficiency and yin deficiency are all greater,and the confidence level is greater than 60.%,of which blood stasis and qi deficiency are the most relevant.5 The laws of medicine applicationThe correlation between the blood circulation and phlegm drugs,qi drugs,and Xifeng Tongluo drugs is the most relevant.There were 46 commonly used drug combinations for effective treatment of ischemic stroke,involving 8 drugs,of which 23 were for drugs,22 for keratolytics,and 1 for combination of 4 drugs.There were 7 effective new prescriptions for the treatment of ischemic stroke.None of them are listed.Conclusion1 The distribution of the ischemic stroke treatment method is: blood circulation method(27.0%),Qi method(16.5%),phlegm method(13.0%),meridian method(11.4%),ventilation method(8.8 %),heat-clearing method(4.5%),nourishing yin method(4.0%),etc.Among them,the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis occupy an important position in the distribution of ischemic stroke treatment method,which runs through each stage of the treatment of ischemic stroke.Is the most important treatment for ischemic stroke.2 In the treatment of ischemic stroke,the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is often used in combination with other methods to achieve synergistic effects.The method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis is most closely related to the method of meridians and collaterals,the effective probability of joint use is the highest,and the efficacy value is the most significant.However,the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has a weak correlation with the methods of reinforcing yang,opening orifices,regulating qi,nourishing blood and promoting water.The effective probability of combined use is on the low side.In order to obtain good curative effect,combination use is not recommended in general.3 Blood stasis runs through the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke,and is the core of its pathogenesis.It cooperates with other pathological factors to clamp together and cause diseases.Blood stasis and Qi deficiency,phlegm and dampness,internal wind,yin deficiency,fire heat and other pathological factors are closely related,using syndromes to infer treatment,which demonstrates the core method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as an ischemic stroke;4 When the ischemic stroke does not have the characteristics of blood stasis syndrome and only shows the syndrome features of Qi deficiency,internal wind,yin deficiency,phlegm stagnation,and fiery fever,it still needs to cooperate with the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which can improve the clinical efficacy;5 The core drugs,drug combinations and effective new prescriptions of blood circulation and blood stasis obtained through the excavation of medication laws provide guidance for clinically effective treatment of ischemic stroke. |
