Clinical Study On Jiedu Huayu Granule In Treating Hepatitis B Related Slow And Acute Liver Failure Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of jiedu huayu granule in the treatment of Hepatitis B virus related acute-on-chronic liver failure(HBV-ACLF).Methods: 50 cases of HBV-ACLF patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 25 cases each.The control group was given comprehensive treatment of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Jie Du Hua Yu granules on the basis of comprehensive treatment of western medicine.The observation period was 8 weeks.By observing TBiL,ALB,ALT,AST,PTA,Mortality,TCM syndrome score,and MELD score of HBV-ACLF patients,the clinical efficacy of Jie Du Hua Yu granules on HBV-ACLF was evaluated.Results:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate was 68% in the treatment group and40% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);The mortality rate of the treatment group(20%)was lower than that of the control group(48%);(2)After treatment,TBiL,ALB,ALT,AST,PTA,MELD score and TCM syndrome points in the two groups were all improved(P<0.05);(3)At week 4 after treatment,TBiL,ALB,ALT,AST,PTA,MELD score and TCM syndrome points in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);(4)In the 8th week after treatment,the TBiL,TCM syndrome scores and MELD scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in PTA,ALT,AST and ALB between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu huayu granule combined western medicine comprehensive treatment scheme can reduce the mortality,improve the liver function,coagulation function and improve the clinical efficacy of HBV-ACLF patients.
