Objective:Through collecting the clinical symptoms, signs and related test results of chronic hepatitis B patients, to observe the relationship between TCM syndrome and test results, and on this basis to make a scoring system preliminary with Western inspection results to determine the TCM syndrome. Methods:To collect May 2010- January 2011 University Affiliated Hospital (The 81st Hospital of Nanjing) Infection Section chronic hepatitis B patients diagnosed with clinical data, including a brief medical history, symptoms, signs, classification type and associated Western test results, the establishment of a database. For statistical analysis using software SPSS 16.0 obtained with Western TCM detection index correlation between the election and from some selected syndromes with significant correlation between the indicators as TCM typing and ratings table development of indicators, to develop score sheets, and once again return to select the appropriate clinical validation in patients with chronic hepatitis B clear its accuracy.Result:①The majority TCM syndromes of chronic hepatitis B are liver Stagnation and spleen deficiency, the two is more than 80%.②Heat retention syndrome in ALT, AST, TBil and DBil were significantly higher than the other four types (P<0.05); and ALT/AST in blood stasis type and spleen and kidney-yang deficiency type is less than 1, and have significant difference by comparing with the other three types(P<0.05);③In ALB and CHE, lowest content of spleen and kidney yang, the highest liver and spleen deficiency, and IV, respectively, compared with other significant differences (P <0:05);④AFP, ALP, GGT, HBV-DNA, WBC and liver four fibers, each of them group two Two separate compared in five types had no significant differences (P> 0.05);⑤In spleen Yang- deficiency type, platelet count in blood coagulation is compared with the other types were significantly different (P<0.05);⑥Splenomegaly was the highest rate of blood stasis type; a minimum of heat in the resistance type, blood stasis is the main type of splenomegaly syndrome;⑦Deterioration of coagulation as the main spleen and kidney yang syndrome, PT was prolonged, the mean> 16.5s;⑧Fibroscan in the initial judgment of TCM syndromes has high specificity, the highest is heat in the resistance type, the lowest for the liver and spleen deficiency, in which three types of liver depression and spleen compared with the other significant difference (P<0.05);⑨Select some of the characteristics indicators of the conclusions above to development a score sheet,, who had a high accuracy, the value of large to small order:liver and spleen deficiency> heat in resistive-type> liver-kidney> blood stasis type> spleen and kidney yang, and its may reflect the development of TCM basic process of chronic hepatitis B.Conclusion:The most common TCM syndromes of Chronic hepatitis B are Damp-heat in liver and gallbladder syndrome and liver depression-spleen deficiency syndrome, and the main progress of them are heat resistance type, liver deficiency of the spleen, liver and kidney yin deficiency, spleen and kidney yang deficiency, blood stasis blocking collaterals. Different Syndrome has a certain correlation with physical and chemical indicators. The score sheet had a high accuracy by the test in the 125 collected patients.
