ObjectivesChroniChepatitiSB (CHB), one of the most common clinical infectious diseases, is caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV). China is a CHB-prone area with HbsAg rate of 9.09%. CHB is mainly spreaded through fluid and maternal transmission. Traditional Chinese medicine understands CHB profoundly and has rich clinical experience and good curative effect on the disease. However, TCM is sometimes confronted with trouble in dialetics, bringing great difficulty to large-scale clinical research and implementation of evidence-based medicine. Therefore, discussing the objective basis of TCM syndrome differentiations will provide important reference to syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic hepatitis b by using clinical laboratory and instruments.MethodsThe author discusses the internal relationship between TCB syndrome differentiations with the indicators such as clotting inspection, coagulation test, HBVDNA by comparing the statistical diffierences of these indicators to determine whether these indicators provide objective reference for Chinese medicine typification. Results:The result shows that there exist certain differences in clotting inspection, coagulation test, HBVDNA between groups in different syndrome types; The proportion of mild, moderate, and severe patients in each card type are statistically different; Statistical difference also exists in ALT, AST, TBIL and the inspection results of HBVDNA. Therefore they can provide certain reference for TCM syndrome differentiations CHB.Conclusion:According to the results, we think that the statistical differences in the proportion of patients with moderate to severe disease between ALT, AST, and HBVDNA quantitative in every syndrome type and the difference in clotting inspection can provide objective references for clinical syndrome differentiations. There is no statistical difference exists in TBIL between the groups, which is considered has no reference value but deserves further study.
