Objective:to explore the emotional characteristics of chronic hepatitis B patients with liver-qi stagnation, to observe the effect of application of Shugan Jieyu method of emotionMethods:Select60patients met the inclusion criteria of patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with30cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Shugan Lipi tablet in the treatment, the control group were treated with Hugan tablets, treated continuously for12weeks, then the efficacy evaluation and analysis.Results:1After treatment, serum levels of ALT between the two groups were significantly decreased, there were significant differences (P<0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference in the treatment group than in the control group (P>0.05).2After treatment, the two groups of patients chest and hypochondrium distension or pain, depression, irritability, mouth pain, chest tightness, sighing,all the primary symptom were decreased,The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group than the control group in the three aspects of mental depression, irritability, decreased down more apparent, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 3. After treatment, the two groups of TCM symptoms before a total score significantly drop, differences have highly statistically significant (P<0.01), and the treatment group than in the control group down more apparent, is statistically significant difference (P<0.05).4.After treatment,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in total effective rate of the experimental group higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the two groups of TCM symptoms are statistically differences (P<0.05).5.The two groups after treatment in somatization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, psychotic four aspects were decreased significantly(P<0.01),there were significant differences (P<0.01).While the treatment group than in the control group in somatization decreased more obviously (P<0.05).After treatment,treatment group in depression, anxiety, hostility were significantly decreased (P<0.01).While the control group in the three aspects were no statistically significance (P>0.05).The two groups after treatment in the two aspects of terror, paranoid, were no significant differences(P>0.05).6.During treatment, two groups of patients all did not appear adverse events.Conclusion:Shuganlipi tablet can reduce serum ALT value,improve the clinical symptoms of chronic hepatitis B mild patients with Syndrome of liver depression,improve in mood disorders especially on depression, anxiety, hostility aspects has significant effect.security is good, is worth clinical application.
