Research On Law Of Syndrome And Therapy Of Chronic Viral Hepatitis Type B Accompying Intestinal Endotoxiemia

Objective: 1.To explore the law of syndrome Distribution in Chinese Medicine of chronic viral hepatitis type B (CHB) accomping intestinal endotoxiemia to provide theoretical foundation and guide for treatment progress of TCM in this disease.2.Observe HuChangQingDuWeiPill's preventive and therapeutic effect on chronic viral hepatitis type B (CHB) accomping intestinal endotoxiemia from clinical research in order to provide a theoretical foundation and clinical evidence for HuChangQingDuWeiPill's effect in treating this disease and for composing prescription with the function of strengthening spleen, expelling toxic, clearing heat, removing dampness and promoting blood circulation.Methods: 1.Collecting 200 cases both in wards and clinics in affiliated hospital of Shangdong TCM University according to the inclusion criteria. Gathering patient's information through questionnaires surveys, differentiating by high qualification professor , then founding a data base according to cases data and analyze it with software spss 16.0.2. The 131 patients were divided into four groups by means of random number table. Chinese medicine treatment group were treated by traditional traditional Chinese medicine given orally on the basis of routine comprehensive therapy(rest adequately ,supply enough energy and andvitamin, liver-protecting, symptomatic therapy). HuChangQingDuWeiPill group were treated with HuChangQingDuWeiPill given orally on the basis of Chinese medicine treatment group.HuChangQingDuTang treatment group were treated with HuChangQingDuTang for retention enema on the basis of Chinese medicine treatment group.Lactulose treatment group were treated with lactulose taken orally on the basis of Chinese medicine treatment group. The course of treatment of all the four groups was 20 days. Observe and note the change of endotoxin, Interleukin-6, Interleukin-8, tumor necrosis factor?, points of TCM syndrome manifestations in patients before and after treatment and statistical analysis was conducted.Results: 1.Analysis showed that abnormal feces?pain of thehypochondria?fatigue(malaise)?anorexia, abdominal distension jaundice ,yellowing of urinate?bitter mouth constitute the chief symptoms. Toxin?large intestine?spleen?damp?hot heatevil)?blood stasis?liver constitute the chief induction of the syndrome factor.2.HuChangQingDuWei Wang had great effect in clearing endotoxin , IL-6, IL-8, TNF-a , ameliomting the liver function ,and it could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously.Conclusion: 1.The locations of this disease is large intestine . The pathogenesis is that damp?hot?and blood stasis accumulate in large intestine.Asthenia of spleen and toxin are the key factors of developing of disease during the through course.2.HuChangQingDuWeiPill is an effective therapy in dealing with this diease.It can promote the excretion of endotoxin to alleviate ITEM and inhibit endotoxin from damaging organs and tissues of all the body.
