Suxiaojiuxin Pill's Effect On The Patients' Central Arterial Pressure With Angina Pectoris Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Purpose:Suxiaojiuxin Pill is commonly used for coronary heart disease. As for the stable angina, unstable angina, and angina pectoris in remission, the treatment of angina in the acute stage, it all plays an important role. But there is less concerns about the effect on blood pressure. Patients of coronary heart disease in acute ischemic attack always occur outside the hospital in clinic, without measuring blood pressure immediately. When with symptoms of nausea, vomiting, dizziness and systemic cold sweat, these patients may have lower blood pressure. It will exacerbate blood pressure drop, if having nitroglycerin sublingually.So we design the study named " Suxiaojiuxin Pill's effect on the patients' central arterial pressure with Angina Pectoris of QI stagnation and blood stasis",to further explore the clinical efficacy of Suxiaojiuxin Pill.Methods:Selecting the patients hospitalized in the cardiovascular division of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western from 2010-05 to 2011-03, whose clinical characteristics are consistent with angina pectoris, scheduled for coronary angiography to specifically coronary artery disease are randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group about 30 patients respectively. In the process of coronary angiography, through the radial artery puncture, the arterial catheter is inserted to the aortic root.After the connection of blood pressure monitoring devices, the treatment group is given 10 grains of Suxiaojiuxin Pill sublingually, and recording the changes of the biood pressure of aortic root from the first minute to the fifth minute before and after administration.The control group is given nitroglycerin tablets,0.5mg/times of sublingual therapy, as the treatment group. Observing the effect on center arterial pressure between Suxiaojiuxin Pill and nitroglycerin.Results::During the analysis of drugs at time points before and after, the treatment group from the start with drugs, to include the fifth minute after drugs shows no changes in blood pressure, no significant difference (P> 0.05), but the control group from the forth minute to the fifth minute all have an impact on the systolic blood pressure, diastolic and mean arterial pressure, with significant difference (P<0.05).At the analysis between the groups, the control group in the fifth minute all have an impact on the systolic blood pressure, diastolic and mean arterial pressure, compared with the treatment group. It's with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Suxiaojiuxin Pill would not have significant effect on center arterial pressure of patients with Angina Pectoris of QI stagnation and blood stasis, different from the influence of nitroglycerin.When considering the patients of coronary heart disease in acute ischemic attack, Suxiaojiuxin Pill is more approprite than nitroglycerin.
