| Purpose:SXBXW is commonly used to relive angina pectoris. But clinically it is no involved in the effects on blood pressure in the coronary arteries (left main).Now it was compared with nitroglycerin tablets, observed the pressure in the coronary arteries after both sublingual in5mins for statistical analysis. Providing a reference for the clinical using of SXBXW.Methods:Selecting the patients hospitalized in the cardiovascular division of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western from2011-07to2012-02, who were determined as QI stagnation and blood stasis and going to do coronary angiography, divided them into two groups randomly, and there were30cases each group. In the process of coronary angiography, they were punctured the radial artery, and the arterial catheter was inserted to the coronary arteries (left main).After connected the blood pressure monitoring device to the treatment group, giving two SXBXW to them, and recording the changes of coronary blood pressure in5mins. The control group is given nitroglycerin tablets as the treatment group,0.5mg/times of sublingual, Observed the effects both on coronary arteries.Results:(1) The treatment group had no significant changes in blood pressure of coronary arteries within5mins.(P>0.05)(2)The blood pressure of control group was significantly decreased within2-5mins.(P<0.05)(3) We found that the nitroglycerin tablets group whose blood pressure change over time was more obvious than the SXBXW group. This phenomenon is particularly reflected in the systolic blood pressure changes.(P<0.05) Two groups of diastolic blood pressure in comparison, although the difference between them, there was no significant within5mins.(P>0.()5)Conclusion:SXBXW has no effects on the blood pressure of coronary arteries. It is safer than the nitroglycerin tablets when the patients alleviate symptoms of angina, especially by hypotension. |
