The Observation Of Effect For Stable Distal Radial Fractures By Using The Oil Of Wan Shang Ji Gu

Objective:Through the study on treatment of Stable Fractures of the distal radius, we have observed and analyzed the difference between Simple Manipulation of small splints and Manipulation of small splints with "Wanshangjiegugao" on clinical effect, to discover the clinical effect of "Wanshangjiegugao" on detumescence and odynolysis,promote fracture healing.Methods:According to integrates, the elimination and the diagnosis standard,58 cases were brought into our research. The 58 patients were divided into two group by ward random assignment:One group which were treatd by Simple Manipulation of small splints(Group B),the other were treatd by Manipulation of small splints with "Wanshangjiegugao" (Group A). Observed by randomised controlled trials from a multitude of perspectives, including Pain Swelling,Gray values of callus and Product values of calcium phosphate。To observe the clinical effect of Stable Fractures of the distal radius treatd by "Wanshangjiegugao"Results:1. There were significant difference on the Pain extent after reduction between Group A and B on 2,4,6 days (P<0.05);but after 14 days,there were no significant differences (P>0.05)2. There were significant difference on the Swelling extent after reduction between Group A and B on 2.4,6 days (P<0.05);but after 14 days,there were no significant differences (P>0.05)3. There were significant difference on the Gray values of callus after reduction between Group A and B on 3,6,9 weeks (P<0.05)4. There were significant difference on the Product values of calcium phosphate after reduction between Group A and B on 3,6,9 weeks (P＜0.05)Conclusion:After reduction, the Pain and Swelling extent after reduction of Gourp A significant lower than Gourp B on 2,4,6 days, but after 14 days,there were no significant differences. The Gray values of callus and Product values of calcium phosphate of Gourp A significant higher than Gourp B on 3,6,9 weeks. Therefore, clinical effect of "Wanshangjiegugao" on detumescence and odynolysis,promote fracture healing is obvious. The conclusions shoule be widely applied to clinical therapy, to help the traditional Chinese medicine be popularized on detumescence and odynolysis,promote fracture healing.
