Clinical Study On Treating The Syndrome Of Phlegm And Heat Obstructing The Lung Of Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumoniae With The Method Of Clearing Lung, Dissipating Phlegm, Expelling Wind And Activating Blood Circulation

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of clearing lung,dissipatingphlegm,expelling wind and activating blood circulation in treating the syndrome of phlegm and heat obstructing the lung of Mycoplasma Pneumonia.To provide an effective treatment method and idea for clinical treatment.Methods:60 cases that met the criterion of the syndrome of phlegm and heat obstructing the lung of pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumonia were selected.All subjects were divided randomly into two groups.Experimental group (30cases) and control group (30cases). Experimental group was treated with the method of clearing lung,dissipate phlegm,expelling wind and activating blood circulation.Control group was infused the injectable azithromycin.We gave symptomatic treatments with western medicine to both groups.Then we oberserved the improvements of fever,cough, phlegm, chest auscultation in two groups as efficacy parameters.Quantitative basis was established on clinical scores.Then we input research data to SPSS for statistical analysis,P<0.05 as statistically significant.Results:We compared the main and secondary symptoms before and after treatment in one group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in ether group.The treatments of two groups can improve significantly the main and secondary symptoms of the syndrome of phlegm and heat obstructing the lung of Children's Mycoplasma Pneumoniae.The difference between the two groups in improving the major symptoms after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group;In improving the complexion,appetite and food intake,and other minor symptoms like tongue,there were significant differences(P<0.05),the experimental group group is better than the control group;In improving cyanosis,heart rate,mental and other minor symptoms,P>0.05,the experimental group and control group have not significant difference.In comparing sub-syndrome scores and total score betwine the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group.In comparing synthetic effect betwine the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of clearing lung,dissipating phlegm,expelling wind and activating blood circulation together with azithromycin for injection in treating the syndrome of phlegm and heat obstructing the lung of Mycoplasma Pneumonia is feasibility and effectiveness in composite curative effect.lt is superior to the treatment with Azithromycin for injection alone therapy in improving the fever,cough, phlegm, chest auscultation and other aspects of the main symptoms and looking,appetite and food intake,tongue and other minor symptoms.
