Clinical Research On Rules Of Syndromes Elements Of Anal Abscess In Fuzhou

Objective:To explore the rules of syndrome elements of anal abscess, providing services for the basic research of syndromes of the anal abscess,and the clinical prevention, diagnoses and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Through clinical investigation, using the dialectical method of syndromes elements to research the distribution and evolution rules of syndrome elements of anal abscess in Fuzhou on 100 patients incorporated in standard with common elements.Results:1.Distribution regular of elements of syndrome:The disease syndrome elements of anal abscess locates mainly in large intestine,spleen,kidney and liver, and most often in large intestine which accumulated points is 90.17±26.46 and is obviously different from others (P <0.01); the disease nature syndrome elements of anal abscess are heat,mois,stagnation of Qi,deficiency of Yin,blood stasis,deficiency of Yang,deficiency of Qi, among which heat is most often occurred, and then moist, their accumulated points are 161.40±43.50 and 110.61±26.43, and they are both obviously different from others (P<0.01)2.The accumulated points of syndromes elements can provide foundation for latent symptom-complex diagnosis. The first level of the disease nature of syndrome elements are stagnation of Qi,deficiency of Yan,deficiency of Yin,deficiency of Qi and blood stasis, among which stagnation of Qi is with the highest frequency and is obviously different from others (P＜0.01)3.The damp-heat syndrome is the most common syndrome-type of anal abscess, which is 73 percent in all; sthenia syndrome is the main type in the distribution of anal abscess with 84 percent in all, while asthenia syndrome and Mingled unionizing syndrome are 4 percent and 12 percent respectively; large intestine damp-heat syndrome is most often syndrome in the testament syndrome, which is 48.81 percent.Conclusions:1. Large intestine is the main disease location of syndrome elements of anal abscess; heat and moist are the main disease nature of syndrome elements of anal abscess.2. Stagnation of Qi is the latent symptom-complex of anal abscess.3. Moist and heat are the most important combined elements of syndrome type of anal abscess; sthenia syndrome is the major syndrome, among which large intestine syndrome is the most frequent type of syndrome.
