Objective:to evaluate the efficiency of vasodilator agent combined with masking therapy and investigate the correlation factors of the prognosis and efficiency of therapies in the treatment of neurosensory tinnitus. Methods:one hundred and ninety-one patients with neurosensory tinnitus who were diagnosed by objective testing were treatmented by vasodilator agent combined with masking therapy.Result:There were 52.6% patients with neurosensory tinnitus eased after therapy. The clinical curative effect of neurosensory tinnitus was closely associated with the onset time of disease and treatment in early times, and accompanied by hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes (p< 0.01),the efficacy of neurosensory tinnitus was also associated with noise (p< 0.05),however,the efficacy of neurosensory tinnitus with hearing obstacles is no statistically significant (p>0.05).Conclusions:The efficiency of vasodilator agent combined with masking therapy is satisfactory. The effect and prognosis of the patients with neurosensory tinnitus who accompanied by hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes are poor, the initial visit and noise are also the factors influencing the prognosis, the patient should treatment more timely and effective as possible. The earlier the treatment, the better the prognosis. And the patients accompanied by hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes should therapy their primary diseases in the meantime.
