Objective:Noise-induced tinnitus with hearing problems has become a type of occupational disease, and more and more studies have begun to pay attention to the treatment of noise-induced tinnitus.Since masking therapy has a certain effect on hearing loss occurring at high frequencies, and hearing problems caused by noise exposure mostly occur in high-frequency areas, this study aims to analyze the clinical treatment effect of masking treatment on patients with noisy tinnitus.Help for the treatment of patients with noise-induced tinnitus. Methods:A total of 48 patients with tinnitus caused by contact noise from the outpatient department and inpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from December 2018 to December 2019 were collected Random number table method was used to randomly select and divide into experimental groups and the control group,24 in each group. The experimental group was treated with conventional drugs(Ginkgo leaf extract tablets, methylcobalamin capsules)and noise masking. The control group was given the same drugs as the experimental group, but no masking treatment. All drugs are regularly taken for 1 cycle(ie 10 days),and the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)and Self-Rating Anxiety scale(SAS)are used before and after the intervention.Quantitative evaluation of the scores of tinnitus and anxiety of the two groups of subjects before and after diagnosis and treatment, and statistical data analysisResults:Among the 48 patients with noisy tinnitus.the experimental group was 18-72 years old with an average of(44.33±13.82)years;the control group was 20-72 years old with an average of(46.08±14.35)years old.An independent test ?2 was used to analyze the age, illness time, and hearing loss of the two groups. The differences in age, number of ears, illness time, and hearing loss between the two groups were not statistically significant.Significance(P>0.05).The independent sample t test showed that the tinnitus loudness of the two groups of subjects was compared to P=0.795(P>0.05),the optimal threshold of tinnitus was compared to P=0.099(P>0.05),and the tinnitus discomfort threshold was compared to P=0.346(P>0.05),compared with P=0.93(P>0.05)in the tinnitus masking sound, and P=0.387(P>0.05)in the average hearing threshold, indicating that the two groups have no statistical significance in the characteristics of tinnitus.Using t test.the scores of THI scale and SAS scale before treatment were compared and analyzed between two groups of experimenters,P>0.05,showing no significant difference between THI and SAS scores;with the extension of the course of tinnitus,SAS score values.Increased.in patients with a course of>1 year,SAS score?50,indicating that patients with chronic noise tinnitus have anxiety disorders. After treatment, the THI score and SAS score of the acute noise tinnitus experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The THI score of the subacute noise tinnitus experimental group(34.33±4.131),The control group(48.33±6.470)points,the experimental group is lower than the control group.P=0.002,the difference is statistically significant, the SAS score is also lower than the control group, and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);chronic noise The THI score of the tinnitus experimental group was lower than that of the control group, but P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, and the SAS score was also lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. It means that in different stages of tinnitus, the tinnitus symptoms of patients in the acute phase and subacute phase have improved after treatment, which proves that the masking treatment is effective;while in the chronic phase, the difference in THI score is not statistically significant, indicating that the combination of temporary masking treatment with drug treatment and The effect of drug treatment on tinnitus patients exposed to noise for a long time is not obvious. Conclusions:In this study, masking treatment was used in addition to conventional drug treatment methods. The THI and SAS scales were used to quantitatively evaluate the tinnitus level of the subjects. The results showed that masking treatment can improve tinnitus symptoms in patients with noise-induced tinnitus, and the effect is positive;Patients with chronic noisy tinnitus may have some degree of anxiety symptoms.
