The Clinical Efficacy Observation On Treatment Of Chloasma With HuaYuQuBanTang Combined With QuBan Mask And The Change Of Serum Gonada Hormone

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and the impact of serum gonada hormone on treatment of chloasma with HuaYuQuBanTang combined with QuBan mask, and Initially study its therapeutic mechanism. Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into tow groups, namely the group of treatment group(HuaYuQuBanTang combined with QuBan mask), the group of matched group(Vc,VE with compound VA creams), the clinical efficacy and side effect were observed and compared. At the same time, Before and after treatment the level of main serum gonada hormone was observed. Results: The total effective rate of the group of treatment group was 80.00%, The total effective rate of the group of matched group was 50.00%, After statistical analysis, the group of treatment group were better than matched group (P<0.05). The cure rate of the group of treatment group was 30.00%. The cure rate of the group of matched group was 13.33%.the group of treatment group had no significant differences matched group (P>0.05). After treatment the total credit of lesions was lower than Before (P<0.05). The reduce rate of treatment group was more than the group of matched group (P<0.05). After treatment the level of E2,LH,FSH was lower than Before (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chloasma with HuaYuQuBanTang combined with QuBan mask has the exact efficacy and few side effects, which is worthy of popularizing, and it can decrease the level of E2,LH,FSH.
