Objective:Analysis the clinical effect between bone graft or not in open reduction and internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Method: Choose from the affiliated hospital of Shandong Chinese medicine university during 2008～2010 altogether 46 examples which use the incision and internal fixation treatment calcaneal bone fracture, divided into bone graft group and no bone graft group。from the bone fracture heals time, the calcaneal highly,Bohler angle and Maryland grading system carries on the comparison and the analysis to two methods of treatment.Result:A,B two group of method latter 12 months Maryland grades finely rate respectively is 86.96%,82.60%.After statistics analysis,A,B two groups of between non-significance difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: The open reduction and internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fractures not to need to plant the bone, is advantageous in promotes soft tissue's repair, the bone fracture heal, reduces the surgery operating time, avoids planting the bone from the body qia bone to patient's surgery wound, saves the surgery expense, enhances the curative effect and the stimulate function restores, to the complication prevention positive role, is worth on clinical promoting.
