| Objective:Through contrast of bone graft and non-bone graft of SandersⅢ,Ⅳ-type calcaneal fractures ORIF with the function and x-ray parameters after operation,conclude how could bone graft affect the clinic curative effect.Methods:A total 46 cases of patients match the inclusion and exclusion Standard, divided according to whether bone graft to ORIF with graft group(A group) and OPIF without graft group(B group).Used between the two groups-control study,by comparing the Maryland score,X-ray of the four parameters(calcaneal height,calcaneal width,Bohler angle and Gissane's angle),as well as each group postoperation X-ray of the four indicators one month after operation,three months,two years after operation,consider how could bone graft affect the clinic curative effect and X-ray parameters.Results:1,Maryland score between the two groups postoperation:two groups of postoperative functional score,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05).2,X-ray parameters between the two groups compared:After one month:calcaneal height,Gissane angle Bohler angle and compare the two groups, there was a significant difference(P＜0.05);calcaneal width of the two groups showed no significant difference(P＞0.05).After three months:caneal height,Bolher angle compared the two groups,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05);two Gissane calcaneal angle width and no significant difference(P＞0.05).After two years:caneal height,Bolher angle compared the two groups,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05);two Gissane calcaneal angle width and no significant difference(P＞0.05).3,Each X-ray parameter of the two groups postoperation comparison:Caneal height:A group of patients after one month and three months,compared to two years after three months and after comparison there was no significant change(P＞0.05);B group after one month and three months after no significant changes(P＞0.05),after three months and after the past two years,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05).Caneal width:the width of the two groups after one month and after three months compared to two years after three months and after comparison there was no significant change(P＞0.05).Bohler angle:A group of patients after one month and three months,compared to two years after three months and after comparison there was no significant change(P＞0.05);B group after one month and after three month showed no significant changes(P＞0.05),after three months and after the past two years,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05).Gissane angle:angle Gissane two groups after three months and after one month compared to two years after three months and after comparison there was no significant change(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1,During calcaneus SandersⅢ,Ⅳ-type fracture ORIF,bone graft for postoperative Bohler angle of calcaneal height and has significantly improved the recovery, the width of the calcaneus,Gissane angle no significant change in the role of.2,It would significantly reduce the loss of calcaneal SandersⅢ,Ⅳ-type fracture patients after weight-bearing the Bohler angle of calcaneal height reduction.3,Bone graft can significantly enhance the calcaneal SandersⅢ,Ⅳ-type fracture Clinical efficacy. |
