Study On Constitution And Personality Of Insomnia With The State Of Silv Anxiety And Sleep Disorder

Objective: Through studies on Constitution and Personality of insomnia Patients with the State of Silv Anxiety and normal people respectively, the paper aims at revealing insomnia patients'physical and personality traits; And through quantitative analysis on polysomnography parameters to evaluate of objective sleep situation of patients with Insomnia with the State of Silv Anxiety, the paper tries to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of insomnia, reduce morbidity, and improve patients'quality of life.Methods:by using Chinese Medical Scale Table for Insomnia with the State Of Silv-Anxiety, Chinese Medical Physical classification and determination self-test table, and the five-kind personality inventory table (for adults), this paper does clinical trials over 320 cases of patients with state of insomnia (study group) and 320 common people (control group) respectively, what's more, does polysomnography randomly on 43 cases of insomnia patients, to understand insomnia patients'objective sleep situation, establish a database, and use SPSS software for data processing.Results: PSG statistical results on 43 cases of insomnia patients with state of Silv Anxiety show that those patients have same symptoms: changes in the sleep cycle and structure, reduced sleep efficiency, prolonged sleep latency, increased frequency of nocturnal awakening, and decreased deep sleep. Accord to Chinese Medical Scale Table for Insomnia With The State Of Silv-Anxiety, the data shows that final score of study group is 126.95±26.023, which has a significant difference from that of control group with 63.62±11.452 (P = 0.000). Through regression analysis on Chinese Medical Constitution between study group and control group, we conclude that P<0.05, those patients with Insomnia with the State of Silv Anxiety have some symptoms:Yang deficiency, yin deficiency, Qi deficiency, phlegm, heat transfer, Qi-stagnation constitution which is the most common symptom; in addition, there is also statistic difference according to five-kind personality inventory table: P<0.05, the solar and lunar character personality is more common.
