Research On Insomnia Silv Excessive State Before And After The Umbilical Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Brain Electrical Activity Mapping Changes

Objective: According to the observation of umbilical moxibustion treatment of insomnia Silv excessive state patients with the therapeutic effect and EEG topography changes,we hope to explore the ginger moxibustion at the navel and drug separated moxibustion on the navel of insomnia Silv excessive state patients clinical efficacyMethods: The 40 insomnia Silv excessive state patients were filled in HAMD,HAMA,who were conform to the standard. Records the patients " the Silv excessive state scale" and PSQI scores and EEG topography befor and after the treatment.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group was given medicine separated moxibustion at the navel, the control group was given ginger partitioned moxibustion on umbilicus, treatment for 1 months. The clinical symptoms, the psychological state of disorder, brain electrical activity mapping energy value change were observed before and after treatment in order to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of ginger partitioned moxibustion on umbilicus and drug separated moxibustion at the navel of insomnia in patients with excessive contemplation.Results:1,It shows that umbilicus moxibustion in two groups before and after "PSQI" scale score were significant difference and the scores have significant difference,which can show that the treatment of insomnia Silv excessive state patients by Umbilicus moxibustion has improved and the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2,Also the "the Silv excessive state scale" shows the same results as the "PSQI" 3, Compared with two groups of 14 lead, the majority of the δ, θ,α1 wave energy values were significantly different. It shows that the energy value of umbilical moxibustion treatment after most below the umbilicus moxibustion before treatment and excessivecontemplation in patients with brain electrical activity slows down and the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Before and after the umbilical moxibustion treatment of alpha 2, beta 1, beta 2 wave energy values had no significant difference. Although the umbilical moxibustion energy values are most slightly decreased or unchanged, rarely slightly rising, but it could not explain Silv excessive state patients with brain electrical activity increased fast.Conclusion: The clinical symptoms, symptoms of TCM umbilicus moxibustion insomnia party can not only improve the patients symptoms of clinical and traditional Chinese medicine,but also reduce brain regions waveform energy value partially.What’s more,it’s Green therapy without obvious side effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
