This study combins the theory of Preventive Treatment of Disease" of TCM with the early prevention of diabetic nephropathy,form angle of "Preventive Treatment of Disease" to research prevention and cure of early prevent ion of diabetic nephropathy, in order to help early prevention.This study based on the research of "Preventive Treatment of Disease", and has more complete consolidation of the domestic and international related factors of diabetic nephropathy study factors。Making type 2 diabetic questionnaires, using logistic regr-ession analysis type 2 diabetes concurrent early diabetic nephropathy risk factors. Results suggest that, diabetes family history, diabetes eye disease, diabetes duration of diabetes, Fasting blood glucose, history of hypertension, systolic blood pressure, cholesterol, and onset of early diabetic nephropathy are correlated, A significant clinical significance; the logistic regression analysis found that diabetic eye disease, family history, diabetes duration of diabetes, systolic blood pressure, cholesterol are the onset of early diabetic nephropathy independent risk factors. From the statistical results show onset of early diabetic nephropathy is the result of joint action of various factors.
