Objective:To explore the effect of the season on women with hypertensive disorders in regnancy through analyze the epidemic seasonal characteristics of the hypertensive disorders in pregnancy in yanbian district, and provide theoretical guidance for the patients at high risk in the selection of gestational time.Methods:Seasonal distribution of 77 patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy in yanbian hospital-the center of medical research from Jan,2008 to Dec,2010 was analyzed retrospectively, to compare the 77 cases with total cases according to the climate such as summer type,Winter type,Transitional type,and study on the relationship between the occurrence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy to women And the season,climate in Yanbian district.results:77 patients had pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,18 cases of summer-type climate, the prevalence was 1.12%; 37 cases of illness in winter-type climate,the illness Rate was 2.35%; Prevalence of 22 cases of transitional climate, the prevalence was (?).32%; The summer-type climate disease of prevalence, The prevalence of winter-type weather, The prevalence of transitional climate had statistically significant difference compared (P<0.05); the prevalence of summer-type weather climate and the prevalence of transitional difference was not statistically significant; summer climate, transitional climate. winter climate with the prevalence of patients into the trend of gradual growth; the sum of 3 years (12 months) between the prevalence of the month showed a U-Shaped distribution; summer-type weather as the degree of serious illness (the number of patients of severe preeclampsia) was lower than the other two types of climate; 2008-2010 pregnancy Induced hypertension disease epidemic have increase annually Trend year by year.Conclusion:1. The incidence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy in yanbian district is affected by seasons,as well as closely related with climate change, in lower temperature season (Winter type),the ratio of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy patients is much higher than those in higher temperature season(summer type Transitional type), the ratio of patients is most highest in Jan.and Dec..The regularity of activity about hypertensive disorders in pregnancy provide theoretical guidance for the patients at high risk in the selection of gestational time. It can decrease the ratio of patients that gestational time between June to next year Jan.(best in Nov. and Dec.) with other control strategy and measures.
