Edaravone (Bi Cun) In The Treatment Of Vascular Dementia

Objective:To investigate edaravone treatment effection of vascular dementia in clinical research, that the clinical treatment of vascular dementia to provide an effective way.Methods:The experiment was divided into treatment and control groups, two groups of drugs based on the simelar treatment group edaravone treatment group and control group 40 patients, a course of 2 weeks.Results:1. The total effective rate was 62.5% in the control group the total effective rate of 50%, by testing a significant difference (P<0.05), shows the overall efficacy of the treatment group than the control group;2.Between the two groups Comparison of results within the two groups of drug can significantly improve the patient's intelligence, by treatment group between the two groups of patients in improving cognitive function, behavior, memory, orientation, were better than the control group (P<0.05); 3. the treatment group of patients can improve blood lipids, blood flow changes in them, in improving HDL-C side effect is better than the treatment group.
