The Clinical Research Of Efficacy And Safety Of Huatuozaizao Pill Treating Ischemic Stroke Of 60 Patients

Objective:Based on the previous clinical research application of Huatuo Zaizao pills, do clinical re-evaluation of the efficacy and safety of Huatuo Zaizao pills treating Ischemic stroke.Methods:The trial followed a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study design, in the medical treatment of enteric-coated tablets of aspirin-based drugs on the basis of a six-month clinical study. Throughout the trial, patients were observed in 60 cases, the treatment group of patients, 30 cases in control group of patients, 30 cases selected Huatuozaizao pill simulated agents for the control group, respectively, before the study, taking medication after 3 months and 6 months after visits to observe the changes in neurological deficit, changes in daily living, observe the results of laboratory tests, adverse reactions and adverse events, and thus evaluate the drug's safety and effectiveness.Results:Huatuozaizao pill through the clinical efficacy, safety and adverse events Statistical analysis showed that the drug in neurological deficit scores, the total effective rate was 90.00% in the control group, the total effective rate was 63.33% between the two groups had significant differences in the treatment group than the control group of drugs, medications (P<0.05). In daily living score, the total effective rate was 86.67% in the control group, the total effective rate was 56.67%, between the two groups had significant differences, the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). In 3 months, 6 months of treatment and control groups when the degree of neurological deficit and comparison of daily living, P less than 0.05, indicating Huatuozaizao pill in reducing neurological deficit and improving daily life capacity than the control group. Indicators in the safety testing, treatment and control groups had no significant change before and after treatment (P>0.05). Through clinical observations, 60 subjects in the control group 1 case of adverse events, the analysis was not statistically significant.Conclusion:(1) Huatuozaizao pill in improving ischemic stroke in patients with neurologic impairment, daily living, the positive clinical effects were observed. (2) By taking Huatuozaizao pill, six months is more effective than 3 months of treatment, indicating Huatuozaizao pill for the treatment of ischemic stroke patients in long-term clinical efficacy plays an important role. (3) Laboratory testing of the safety indicators no significant changes before and after treatment, indicating clinical Huatuozaizao pill safe. 4) Huatuozaizao pill taking the test process, no adverse reactions. In short, Huatuozaizao pill treatment of ischemic stroke is safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
