Qizhi Pill Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Clinical Observation

Objective:Ischemic stroke is one of the most dangerous diseases in neurologic medicine, it belongs to "stroke" in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) . It is a common disease in clinic. The incidence of morality and disability are very high. With the increasing of aged population in our country. The number of stroke is increasing every year. It threatens the health of middle-aged and old people, because of high disability rate stroke often brings heavy economical and spiritual burden to patients and their families as well as the whole society, so it is of great significance to search for the best method in decreasing the rate of disability and improving living quality, we take the therapy principle of Huo Xue Hua Yu and Yi Qi Tong Luo to make Qi Zhi tablet to treat ischemic stroke and observe its therapeutic efficiency.Methods:On base of routine treatment, three hundred cases of ischemic stroke patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group is treated with oral Qi Zhi tablet, the control group is treated with oral Nimodipine capsule.Results:1.The total effective rates are 90% and 76% in treatment group and control group respectively. There is significant difference between treatment group and control group. 2.There is significant difference before and after therapy in hemorrheologic parameters, endothelin(ET)* calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in treatment group and control group (p<0.05).3.There is no difference before and after therapy in liver function and kidney function in treatment group and control group.Conclusions:Efficiency of Qi Zhi tablet is better than Nimodipine capsule.
