The Clinical Study On The Curatire Effect Of Shen Mai Kang Capsule On Stable Angina Pectoris And The Rejection On P-Selectin

Objective:To study the curative effect mechanism of Shenmaikang capsule on clinical symptom of coronary heart disease angina pectoris (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis) and P-selectin level in patients,discuss a preliminary evaluation of its safety and effectiveness and part of its clinical mechanism.Methods:According to the principle of block-radomize,double-blind, double -simulate,parallel-positive drug and the placebo control design,we selected a total of 70 angina pectoris patients with the syndrome of Qi-deficiency and blood stasis to observed.They were divided into three groups at random.The experimental group had 27 patients who were given Shenmaikang capsule,the control group had 24 patients given Xinshubao capsule,while the placebo group had 19 patients.All the patients were treated with 4 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in all patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.The experimental group with symptoms of angina,symptoms of Chinese medicine,ECG effect of nitroglycerin stop minus the rate of total effective rates were 85.19%,81.48%,66.67%,88.89%,the results of the control group were79.17%,75.00%,62.50%,83.33%,while the placebo group with those were 5.26%,5.26%,0,5.26%.There was statistical difference in three groups(p＜0.05),but no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group(p＞0.05).In safe effects,no obvious and serious side effects were found.In the aspects of inflammatory response and platelet aggregation,the levels of P-selectin in the experimental group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,and there was signal statistical difference(p＜0.01);but there was no change in the placebo group about the levels of P-selectin and no statistical difference(p＞0.05).Conclusions:1.Shenmaikang capsule is a safe and effective preparation on the treatment of stable angina patients.2.Shenmaikang capsule can decrease the P-selectin level and inhibiting platelet aggregation and inflammatory reaction remarkably in the stable angina patients,which may be one of mechanism action to treat coron ary heart disease myocardialischemia.
