Being thousands of years accumulated, the surgery of TCM in the Minedynasty has achieved the summit throughout the whole history. Diverse medicalschools of TCM surgical doctors sprang up, and they all bored their own unique features in the recognition and healing of various surgical diseases.They printed out abundant surgical monographs and the very documentations. By the exact Mine and Qing dynasties, it has formed three main academic schools of TCM surgery.Instructed by science and philosophy new development, comparative studies between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine(CSTCMWM) arises currently and focuses on the poly-culture, science evolution,history intCrcommunion,interpretation and changing-mode methodology in medicine. It is termed as transcending beyond nation,beyond the subject and beyond the differentcultures and aims at syncretism between macro-holistic medicine andmicro evidenced sciences This subject helps us find the different diagnostic ideasand therapeutics based upon the two completely dissimilary cultureinfluenced backgrounds.In European, almost at the same time as Renaissance, Paracelsus' smedical revolution and the establish of anatomy and pathology all encouraged thedevelopment ofwestern surgery.
