Clinical Study On Yishen Decoction Treating Chronic Renal Failure In Early Stage

Objective:The goal of this clinical experiment is to probe the mechanism and therapeutic effect of Yishen Decoction on treating chronic renal failure in early stage.Methods:60 patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and wet muddy of chronic renal failure in early stage were divided into 2 group at random. Each group is 30 cases.Both the two groups were treated with conventional treatment.On the bases of conventional treatment,patients of treatment group took the Yishen Decoction.Patients of control group were given only conventional treatment.A month for a course of treatment,both groups took three consecutive treatment.Observe its curative effect and the influence on indexes such as patient's clinic symptoms,renal function,hemoglobin,serum albumin,serum total protein etc.Results:(1)The total effective rate and the effect of clinical symptoms of treatment group were better than control group.There were obvious statistical difference between the two groups (p<0.05).(2)The treatment group could improve the patients clinic symptoms,decrease the clinic symptom score, decrease serum creatinine,increase creatinine clearance rate,hemoglobin, serum albumin,serum total protein,its effect was better than control group and there were obvious statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Decoction can obviously improve the patients'clinic symptoms,renal function,nutritional condition.Its therapy could curb the further deterioration of the CRF.
