Objectives:Through observing the clinical effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with motor imagination on post-stroke wrist dorsiflexion,to find a more effective treatment for upper limbs dysfunction after stroke. Methods:Sixty cases of stroke patients who were included in the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had thirty cases. Two groups of patients received routine rehabilitation. In addition, control group was given low-frequency electrical stimulation to stimulate the Shousanli,Waiguan,Neiguan,Ximen,20minutes once a day.The treatment group given low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with motor imagination,24 minutes once a day.Two groups were treated 6days and rest 1 day for a week, totally treated of 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, using Wrist activity ROM,Fugl-Meyer rating scale,Bathel index table,Neural functional deficit score(CSS)to evaluate the clinical efficacy,of the two groups. Finally, using statistical software SPSS22.0to processing and analysis data.Results:1.After treatment, the wrist joint activity of the two groups was significantly higher than before treatment,in the groups, was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the two treatment methods can improve the wrist activity. The difference between the two groups of patients, was statistically significant(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than control group.2.After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer score scale of the two groups was significantly higher than before treatment in the groups, was statistically(P<0.01),indicating that the two treatments could improve the wrist and hand movement function. The difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group.3.After treatment, the Barthel index was significantly higher than before treatment in the groups, was statistically signigicant(P<0·01),indicating that both treatments could improve the daily living ability of the patients,The difference between the two groups of patients was statistically(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group.4.According to the degree of neural functional deficit(CSS)score after treatment, the total effective rate was 83.33%in the treatment group and 66.67%in the control group, and the total effective rate was calculated by the percentage of the neural functional deficit score. The difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1.Low frequency electrical stimulation combined with motor imagination can effectively improve the wrist activity and wrist movement function, improve the ability of daily life,at the same time, can recover the function of wrist dorsiflexion after stroke.2.Low frequency electrical stimulation combined with motor imagination can mobilize patients to participate actively, enhance their subjective initiative,to improve the function of wrist dorsiflexion more effective is low frequency electrical stimulation therapy.
