Objective:To study effects of verbal function of post-stroke motor aphasia treated by headpoint joined puncture combined with rehabilitation technique.Methods:60 patientes were randomly divided into a treatment group and a recovery group, observed therapeutic effects of different treatments, determined results by Beijing hospital's aphasia battery of Chinese and severity grading scale, and analysis by statistic.Results:Treatment group has better effects than recovery group with a total effective rate of 90.00%(P<0.05). Treatment group also has better results in scoring of verbal function and severity grading (p < 0.01)Conclusion:Headpoint j oined puncture combined with rehabilitation technique is an active and efficient way of treating post-stroke motor aphasia.
