Clinical Observation Of High Idiopathic Anal Incision Hanged Line Combined With Change Dressings Of Zhinian

Objective:to explore the high operation and the anal simple method and clinical treatment effect, trying to find a small of the anus impairment, convenient operation, less painful, low cost, short course, avoid second debridement drainage, patients to accept high surgical method and anal simple mixture method.Method:choose high unisexual 40 cases by analysis, anal patients were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases and controls group 20 patients performed by open hanged line group with ZhiNian treatment group and postoperative later performed by open hanged line with conventional gauze strip after the bandage. Two groups of patients respectively record levels, the secretion of postoperative pain, granulation tissue and quantity of postoperative anal function and form, the length of time the outpatient treatment time, after discharge, need to be expanded, and according to the observed index cases rating rating criteria. Follow-up six months to a year, measurement data using t-test, counting material using rank and inspection, chi-square, and Fisher exact probability method for inspection in the curative effect, observed treatment, recurrence rates, anal function and postoperative pain degree, the secretion of differences in quantity.Results:in treatment group and control group (heal between time) and postoperative pain degree, postoperative anal function and anus by the ideology, after no significant differences, statistical analysis (P than 0.05). Postoperative recurrence rate, in effect, the secretion and granulation situation in two groups, no significant difference (P> 0.05), two groups inthe length of time the outpatient treatment time, after discharge, need to second debridement of cases, treatment costs, by statistical analysis, there was significant difference (P, less than 0.5).Conclusion:compared with control group with healing short course and, in short time, do not need second debridement drainage, treatment, easy to operate, after discharge in families help patients to treatment, save treatment costs.
