Anxiety and depression are the cardinal symptom. proximately takes 48.32% of the total investigation. so great importance should be replace to relieving Qi Stagnancy in Liver when we teat CHB in clinical.OBJECTIVE:observe weather the the physiochemical index of the treatment that is given to anxiety and depression patients with CHB by relieving Qi Stagnancy in Liver and by taking Lamivudine is improved than the therapy of Taking Lamivudine.meanwhile survey weather the clinical symptom and The life quality of The treatment group patients is showing more significant improvement than the control group.METHODS:the patients of this research is stem from out-patient which suffered from CHB.Test the pations with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS). The subjects with moderate and severe anxiety and depressionare enrolled.60 Cases were divided into two groups randomly,and there are 30-casein treat group,30-case in Control group, Treatment group received Xiaoyao Pills and Lamivudine,meanwhile set the patient at ease,while the control group only taking Lamivudine.the treatment periods in each group is 6 months.RESULTS:The treat group has an advantage in declining the anxiety and depression grade(p<0.05); The result of the test indicated the two groups have small differences in improving the liver function after taking a course of treatment for about a month(P >0.05), but have a qualitative difference after taking a course of treatment for about three months and six months(P<0.05); after taking a course of treatment for about a month the two groups have little difference in the aspect of HBV DNA negativity(P> 0.05), but have a qualitative difference after take a course of treatment for about three months and six months(P<0.05); and the two groups have no difference in HBeAg lossing(P>0.05). the two groups have small differences in relieving the clinic symptoms and signs of all patients after taking a course of treatment for about amonth(P> 0.05), just the opposite for taking a course of treatment over three or sixmonths(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Relieving Qi Stagnancy in Liver and taking Lamivudine can got a high efficiency when treating CHB, it can improve the feeling of anxiety and depression of patients, meanwhile it has have an advantage over taking Lamivudine only in the aspect of improving the liver function and HBV DNA negativity as time prolonging, and it proves that unruffled mood is good to the health...
