Clinical Effect Of YangXueShengBai Syrup On Leukopenia Of Tumor Sufferers Caused By Chemotherapy

Object:By monitoring the levels of peripheral blood leukocytes, hemoglobin, platelet,To study the clinical effect of YangXueShengBai syrup on leucopenia of tumor sufferers caused by chemotherapy. Compared with leucogen,show the advantages of YangXueShengBai syrup on treatment and the preventive treatment of leucopenia.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and TCM,assessment criteria of clinical effect, and in the relevant standards refer to the guiding principles of Chinese medicine clinical research new drugs. Patients will be randomly assigned to standard treatment group and control group,each 30 patients. The control group give the leucogen treatment; treatment group YangXueShengBai syrup, clinical results were compared before and after treatment physical changes, and peripheral white blood cells, hemoglobin, platelet reducing the incidence and degree of occurrence, the incidence of adverse reactions to traditional Chinese medicine statistical differences in these indicators were analyzed.Results:Treatment group and control group in gender, age, pre-treatment KPS, tumor location, tumor type, clinical stage, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). After one cycle of treatment, the Efficient of treatment group was 76.67%, the Efficient of control group was 66.67%, the clinical effect of the two groups by rank sum test, the difference was highly statistically significant (P<0.05); peripheral white blood cells after chemotherapy, hemoglobin, platelet toxicity level of the incidence and occurrence of the two groups by the rank and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); in poor appetite, weakness, dizziness,shortness of breath aspects of the incidence and degree of occurrence, treatment group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:YangXueShengBai syrup in the treatment of chemotherapy increased white blood cells and improve clinical symptoms significantly better than leucogen, and YangXueShengBai syrup can reduce the incidence of blood toxicity and occurrence degree, to some extent alleviatedby chemotherapy adverse reactions.
