System Evaluation Of Clinical Observation Of Tumor Leukopenia After Chemotherapy Treatment Of Invigorating Spleen And Kidney

Objective:Malignant tumor is one of today’s society can not be ignored in the disease, due to the change of people’s life style, the incidence rate and the mortality rate has continued to rise. Chemotherapy is one of the main therapy for malignant tumor, small toxic side effects caused by the decrease of white blood cell, especially the most often occur, through clinical trials research for many years, traditional Chinese medicine can improve the patients during chemotherapy leukopenia, improve the cure rate and life quality of patients, at the same time, after several aspects of research and practice, most Chinese experts and scholars more chosen by invigorating spleen and kidney. The subject of the use of evidence-based medicine (EBM) method to evaluate the efficacy and safety of leukocyte reduction in tumor treatment of invigorating spleen and kidney after chemotherapy.Methods:The system evaluation method of international Cochrane cooperation net, the search strategy to electronic searches of PubMed, the Cochrane library, Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), Chinese scientific and technical journals database, VIP Wanfang database, and manual search of some Chinese journals in2012June to2012December, the related literature leukopenia collection of invigorating spleen and kidney tumor treatment after chemotherapy. Then, evaluated by two reviewers independently extracted data and, using the Cochrane collaboration’s Revman5.2software carries on the Meta-analysis methods.Results:This evaluation system ultimately included11articles, published from2002-2012, are all Chinese, object of study for tumor chemotherapy patients, the treatment group using Jianpi Yishen Decoction, the control group treated with Western medicine. Of11literatures,2chapter describes the random method,9studies did not describe the specific random method.11articles were not describe allocation concealment and blinding, no loss to follow-up and exit.8the treatment group of11articles in the literature and the control group at baseline were comparable, the other3did not report the baseline condition.11into the Meta-analysis results show: Invigorating Spleen and kidney can improve the clinical curative effect of [OR3.93on treatment of patients with tumor after chemotherapy leukopenia,95%CI (2.79,5.54), P<0.00001], there was statistical significance.11of the "funnel" suggests the presence of a high likelihood of publication bias. All included studies were not reported serious adverse reactions, spleen kidney tonifying herbs in the treatment of the good safety.Conclusions:Spleen invigorating and kidney nourishing therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy in patients with tumor treating leucopenia after. But because the study included samples were too small,"funnel" suggested the presence of publication bias may, therefore, the low quality of learning methods, for strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney drugs in leukopenia clinical efficacy in the treatment of tumor after chemotherapy and provide scientific basis for future clinical randomized trial conducted more samples, high quality.
