Objective:explore if the cognitive rehabilitative training therapies of centering on executive function is superior than general cognitive training onesMethods:20 patients up to standard were randomly divided into two groups:the treat group (treated by cognitive training centering on executive function combination with electro-acupuncture) of 12 cases and the control group (treated by general cognitive training combination with electro-acupuncture)of 8 cases. The first assess to cognitive function at the time of admission using LOTCA, the second assess after one month with treatment, the third assess after three months with treatment. Comparing the effectiveness of two groups, to study the consistency of the treatment group's thinking items and the whole cognitive assesses. Results:the two groups'effectiveness have a significant raising, after 1 month with treatment, there are no significant difference comparing both, but after 3 month with treatment, the treat group has a significant difference comparing to the control group. In the initial stage of treatment, simple cognitive processes have a rapid raising like memory, feeling, attention and orientation, and then with passage of time, the complex thinking items have a sharp rise, the whole cognition level gains substantive improvement. However, statistical data analysis of the exam show a weak correlation, possibly because thinking items own too small proportion in LOTCA, or thinking items cannot reflex the actual executive function. Conclusions:the research initially shows that, possessing advantage of Cognitive Neuropsychology analysis, and to select executive function that beyond all other cognitive components, the cognitive rehabilitative training therapies of centering on executive function is superior than general cognitive training ones.
