Objective:To appraise the performance of the clinical efficacy of the Virtual Reality Cognitive Rehabilitation Training System (VRCRTS) through comparative analysis between the VRCRTS and Manual Cognitive Rehabilitation Training System (MCRTS).Methods:Randomly classifying38samples into two groups as control group (CG) with19samples and treatment group (TG) with other19samples. Regular acupuncture and drug treatment have been implemented on both of CG and TG. Based on that, VRCRTS has been applied on TG while MCRTS on CG, Comparative LOTCA data analysis is employed to appraising the conditions of the two groups before and after their differentiating treatment in order to conclude on the VRCRTS clinical efficacy.Results:1.Group internal comprising shows that in CG most of the data from the apprising categories are statistically significant (P<0.05) except Picture Sequence B (PS2) and Logic Questions (LQ)(P>0.05), while in TG, only the Picture Sequence B (PS2) and Geometry Sequence (GS) are not statistically significant.2.Across comprising between the two groups shows that in the seven cognitive categories, only attention, spatial perceptions are statistically significant(P<0.05), the other five are not statistically significant (P>0.05), the total score is not statistically significant. Conclusion:VRCRTS and MCRTS are both Therapeutic for cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury, specially VRCRTS has better efficacy compare to MCRTS on the improvement of attention and spatial perception; in the other aspects, the efficacy has no obvious difference. Moreover, comparing to the MCRTS, VRCRTS is more interesting and efficient, therefore it is suitable for clinical application.
