| Objective:The method of experimental research on goats femur fracture healing by fixation o Wendeng Zhenggu Small Splint Fixation, was to explore mechanism of Wendeng Zhenggu Smal Splint Fixation on fracture healing,and provide experiment information support for the invention o new inter flexible fixation device of fracture healing.Methods:Experimental research:12 healthy adult goats (male or female) aged 12-18 months, bod; weighted (17.0±1.0) Kg, were divided into two groups (Wendeng Zhenggu small splint group steel group), general environment feed. in the research, we took animal model of bone fracture o goal femoral shaft as our study object, fixed respectively by Wendeng Zhenggu small splint, stee fixation. Postoperative 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks after goats, removed plywood and steel, took th right femur ends form the side collision of fracture. They were examed by history observation immunohistochemistry, electron microscopy observation, X-ray, bone density of scar. Clinica research:experiment was adopted on 10 femur fracture patients.They were randomly divided int(?) two groups. Wendeng Zhenggu Small Splint group was given Wendeng Zhenggu Small Splin Fixation, control group was given steel fixation.They were examed after operation on X-ray,swel subduing used to analysis fracture healing.Results:Experimental research:①history observation results showed Wendeng Zhenggu smal splint group could accelerate the organization and reabsorption of blood swollen at fractur end,cause bone formation cell to multiply.②The expression of Collagen I ii immunohistochemistry test were better in Wendeng Zhenggu small splint group than steel group③fibroblasts in electron microscopy observation were better in Wendeng Zhenggu small splin group than the steel group.④From the X-ray, fracture line in Wendeng Zhenggu small splint grou] was unclear while steel group became to angle and rotating deformity.⑤The value of bone minera density in Wendeng Zhenggu small splint group was higher than the steel group. Clinical part:Th clinical results showed that the remarkable effective rate of Wendeng Zhenggu Small Splir Fixation in X-ray evaluation,swell subduing and the time of frature healing.Conclusion:The experimental research show that the mechanism of Wendeng Zhenggu small splir group in fracture healing are.①it can accelerate local blood hemofieology status and bon callus.②it can improve bone mineral density,and speed up bone reconstruction process. |
