Clinical Study On Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With The Type Of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Treated By The Luo's Ovulation Promoting Decoction After Laparoscopy Surgery

Objective:To explore the validity of combination therapy of Chinese and Western on PCOS which was treated by the Luo's Ovulation Promoting Decoction after Laparoscopy surgery; To observe the effect of the Luo's Ovulation Promoting Decoction in the_ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate, the level of serum sexual hormone (T,LH,LH/FSH) and the clinical symptom.Method:1.59 cases which match up to the standard were separated into two groups randomly:The experimental group was 30 cases and the control group was 29 cases. The experimental group was treated by the Luo's Ovulation Promoting Decoction after laparoscopy surgery, when the control group was treated by laparoscopy surgery.2. Following up the patients respectively after the operation for six months to observe patients with ovulation situation, pregnancy situation, the level of serum sexual hormone (T,LH,LH/FSH) and the change of symptom.3. The patients were assessed by the effective rate, ovulation rate, the pregnancy rate, the level of serum sexual hormone and the changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score after the operation for six months, finally, analyzed data by medical statistics.Result:1.In two groups of patients with a total of 59 cases, there was no difference in the age, the course of disease, the level of serum sexual hormone and the Chinese medicine symptom score (P> 0.05).2.The Western effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%, and the control group was 72.41%, there was a difference between the experimental group and the control group (P <0.05)3.The total rate of ovulation in the experimental group was 73.63% and the control group was 48.30%, the total rate of ovulation in the experimental group was higher than the control group obviously (P<0.01).In the experimental group, there was no significant in statistics and the difference after the operation for six months was not significant in the rate of ovulation (P>0.05), but in the control group, the rate of ovulation is lower gradually 0.05) 4. The rate of pregnancy in experimental group was 43.33%, and the control group was 27.59%, there was no significant in statistics and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was not significant (P>0.05).5.Both of two groups, there were significant differences in the level of serum sexual hormone (T,LH,LH/FSH) between after the operation for three months and for six months (P<0.01); After the operation for three months, there was a significant difference in the level of serum sexual hormone between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.01);In the control group, there was a significant difference in the level of serum sexual hormone between after the operation for three months and for six months (P<0.01)6. After the operation for six months, there was a significant difference in Chinese medicine symptom score between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.01)Conclusions:1. As the results above, we draw the conclusion that the effect of treatment on PCOS with the type of Kidney-Yang Deficiency which was treated by the Luo's Ovulation Promoting Decoction after Laparoscopy surgery is marked.2.The Luo's Ovulation Promoting Decoction after Laparoscopy surgery can increase the rate of ovulation, improve patients' clinical symptom obviously, lower the level of serum sexual hormone (T,LH,LH/FSH) and keep Longer. From the long term efficacy considerations,it has important clinical value in increasing the rate of ovulation and pregnancy.3.It showed the characteristics and the superiority of combination therapy of Chinese and Western on PCOS infertility with the type of Kidney-Yang Deficiency.
