Effect Of "Jinshui Xiangsheng" Method On Ovulatory Infertility In Kidney - Yang Deficiency Type

Objective:Observation begets "liquid gold" formula "two fairy decoction and yupinfeng flavored" the mechanism of the treatment of kidney Yang deficiency type ovulation obstructive infertility:In order to find a cure for the disease the good method of rapid, effective and less side effects.Methods:60patients diagnosed with kidney Yang deficiency type ovulation obstructive infertility patients randomized, divided into traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) two fairy decoction and yupinfeng flavored group (treatment group) and western medicine clomifene group (control group)(n=30). After three menstrual cycles, observing two groups of the medicine in TCM syndrome integral, follicle diameter, ovulation and endometrial thickness change, through follow-up and record of conception, spontaneous abortion, OHSS, multiple pregnancies. Use the spss19.0statistical software analysis comparison.Results:(1) the total effective rate, the contrast of ovulation rate, pregnancy, the treatment group and control group had no statistical significance (p>0.05);(2) the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral comparison of two groups before and after treatment had significant statistical significance (p<0.01), and the treatment group and control group comparison symptoms improved more obvious;(3) in the two groups after treatment follicle diameter and thickness of the lining has a certain degree, phase and phase follicle diameter and thickness of the lining, the treatment group were superior to control group, with statistical significance for each group (p<0.05);(4) the natural abortion rate, the incidence of OHSS comparison, the treatment group and control group with significant statistical significance (p<0.01);(5) because of too little watch cases, multiple pregnancy without statistical significance.Conclusion:Two groups of treatment of the disease is effective and can better improve the patient’s ovulation, pregnancy. But in kidney Yang deficiency symptoms, menstrual symptoms, follicle diameter, intima thickness, spontaneous abortion rate of treatment group were superior to control group, the incidence of OHSS.
