Clinical Study Of "Qing Zhong An Wei Yin" On Gastric Ulcer Of Damp-Heat In The Middle Energizer

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of"Qing Zhong An Wei Yin"on Gastric Ulcer(GU) of Damp-Heat in the Middle Energizer. Methods: 60 patients with GU were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group (30 cases) was treated with"Qing Zhong An Wei Yin",and the control group (30 cases) was treated with Rabeprazole ,HP infection were treated with Rabeprazole,Amoxicillin,Clarithromycin for a week,and then give Rabeprazole for tin lest time. 6 weeks was set as a course of treatment. The clinical effects were observed during the course and the follow-up survey of 6 months. Results: The effective of TCM syndrome and the improvement of gastroscope are both superior to that of the control group (P﹤0.01 or P﹤0.05). Conclusions:"Qing Zhong An Wei Yin"is a effective recipe for Gastric Ulcer(GU) of Damp-Heat in the Middle Energizer. The mechanism of this therapy may be relation to killing HP, relieving hyperacidity,reducing inflammation,improving the microcirculation,enhancing gastrointestinal mucosa barrier,Promote gastrointestinal motility,etc.
