Objective:To observe the effect of Qingyihuajitang(QYHJT) on Prolapse of Chronic Pancreatitis (CP) and explore the mechanism of it. Methods: 60 patients with CP were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given QYHJT, and the control group was given Qingyilidankeli(QYLDKL).4 weeks were set as a course of treatment.The clinical effects of each group were observed during the course and the follow-up survey of 6 months. Results: The effective of syndrome of TCM, observing of the treatment group are better than that of the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). QYHJT can improve more significantly the symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal distention and anorexia fatigue than Qingyilidankeli (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions: QYHJT appears to have the significant effect in the treatment of CP. The mechanism of this therapy may be relation to Improve pancreatic microcirculation, Increase in gastrointestinal motility, Anti-inflammatory and Excretion of bile.
