The Research Of Mechanism On Acupotomology In Treatment Of Lumbar Spines Interspinal Ligaments Syndesmitis Abstract

Objective:To observe different diameter, different technique on Acupotomology in treatment of lumbar spines interspinal ligaments Syndesmitis.Methods:144 cases were randomly divided into 4 groups, acupotomology standard treatment group therapy:select disposable 4 soft tissue acupotomology, longitudinal dredge detachment. Comparison of group 1 use 4 soft tissue acupotomology in-situ lifting and thrusting 3 times after back needle. Contrast 2 groups using disposable 1.2 mm long blade acupotomology, in-situ lifting and thrusting 3 times after back needle. Contrast 3 groups using disposable 0.4 mm long blade acupotomology in-situ lifting and thrusting 3 times after back needle.Results:The treatment group cured in 24 cases, powerfully 4 cases, effective in 2 cases, Comparison of group 1 cure 22 cases, powerfully 5 cases, effective in 2 cases,1 case ineffective, Contrast 2 groups cured in 24 cases, powerfully 3 cases, effective in 2 cases,1 case ineffective, Contrast 3 groups cured in 18 cases, powerfully 4 cases, effective in 5 cases,3 case ineffective, By analyzing Ridit treatment group and group Contrast 1,2 differences between the cure rate was not statistically significant, with the 3 group between the cure rate was statistically significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion:1.
