Clinical Observation Of Acupotomy Combine With Low Back Muscle Fuction Exercrise In The Treatment Of Postpartum Lumbar Spines Interspinal Ligaments Strain

Objective:to observe the clinical curative effect of acupotomy combined with low back muscle function exercise in the treatment of postpartum lumbar spines interspinal ligaments strain.Methods:50 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and 25 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with acupotomy and low back muscle function exercise.The control group was treated with block therapy treat.After 4 weeks,two groups of indicators and curative effect were observed,and statistical analysis was performed to evaluate its clinical significance.Results:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,15 were effective,3 were effective,1 was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96%.In thecontrol group,1 cases were cured,2 were effective,15 were effective,6 was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 75%.The treatment group was significanltly better than the control group.Conclusion:The acupotomy combined with low back muscle function exercise has a good effect on women's postpartum lumbar spines interspinal ligaments strain,Because it has the advantage of definite curative effect,safe and reliable,and low recurrence rate,and it is easy to be accepted by the patients with block therapy treat which is common in western medicine,it is worth promoting.
