Study The Relations Of Degeneration In Compound-ligaments And The Disease Related To The Lumbar Disc Herniation.

Objectives: To explore the relations of degeneration in compound-ligaments and the disease related to the lumbar disc herniation. Methods: The compound-ligaments in 52 patients of lumbar disc herniation were observed and analysed, compared to 18 patients of traumatic fracture. Take an experiment of lumbar flexibility of 15 patients from above 52 patients. Results: There are obvious difference between compound- ligaments group and the other group. (P<0.01) The compound-ligaments were obvious degenerated. The collagen became disarrangement and rupture. The flexibility of lumbar increase with lacking of compound-ligaments. Conclusions: The degeneration of compound-ligaments is one of the main cause that leads to the illness of the lumbar disc herniation. The degeneration of the lumbar disc aggravates the degeneration of the compound-ligaments, which destroys the stability of the lumbar vertebra and leads to the illness of the lumbar disc herniation, both complemented one another the cause and effect relationship.
