Preliminary Clinical Observation On Treating Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland With Triple Treasure Therapeutic Equipment Combining With Xiaoyaosan

Objective:To observe the curative effect of triple treasure combined with xiaoyaosan on treating hyperplasia of mammary gland (type:ganyutanning) and to discuss the possible functional mechanism of it. Methods:80 cases collected from December 2008 to March 2011 in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, Second Department of General Surgery Clinical diagnosis of patients with Hyperplasia of mammary gland. According to diagnostic and treatment practices of second department of general surgery in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, Dialectic is type of ganyutanning, divided to the treat group of 30 cases and the control group of 30 case. The patients in the treatment group was treated with triple treasure combine with xiaoyaosan, triple treasure each treatment time need 60 minutes,15 days of each treatment, one time a day, combined with xiaoyaosan, two times a day, menstrual period stop treatment. The control group only oral xiaoyaosan, two times a day,15 days of each treatment one time, menstrual period stop treatment. Record the data from the two groups, establish the database, analyze them by SPSS 17.0 software package. Results:The total effective rate of treat group was 97.5%, the total effective rate of control group was 85%,efficacy of the two groups statistically significant difference(p<0.05).The study showed that the sore of breast and the size and range and hardness of bump were both alleviated significantly after treatment in two groups(p<0.05).The data between before and after treatment has significance. and the same between the two groups has statistical significance. And showed that the Mood disorders and Menstrual abnormalities and pain of Threaten were both alleviated significantly after treatment in two groups (P<0.05).The data between before and after treatment has significance and the same between the two groups has statistical significance, but the mood disorders. Conclusions:Triple treasure combined with xiaoyaosan is an effective method to treat Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands, especially to alleviate the pain and bump. This method has the characteristics of particular route of administration, rapid onset, safe operation, drug side effected and is expected to have broad clinical applications.
