| Objective:To investigate the risk factors at the process of childhood cough variant asthma changed into classical asthma,and provides theory to prevent cough variant asthma change into classical asthma. Methods:The patients of cough variant asthma were received treatment in our hospital from April 2009 to September 2010,and had been followed up for 6 months,analyse the roles of the related factors (including gender,age,race,illness weight,duration,atopic asthma physique,family history,the living environment,passive smoking,recent respiratory infection,and the compliance of treatment) at the process of cough variant asthma changed into classical asthma. For the result,first of relevant variables to single factor unconditional Logistic regression analysis,then,will the single factor analysis of meaningful variables,more factors unconditional Logistic regression analysis to estimate various risk factors. Result:The 180 cases cough variant asthma patients changed into classical asthma for 46 cases,the rate is about 25.56%.The single factor unconditional Logistic regression analysis shows that the process is connected with atopic physique,presence of asthma family history,living environment,passive smoking,recent respiratory infection,the compliance of treatment,have nothing with gender,age,race,illness weight,duration.By multiple unconditional factors Logistic regression analysis showed that the atopic asthma physique,presence of asthma family history,recent respiratory,the compliance of treatment are the risk factors at the process of cough variant asthma change into classical asthma. Conclusion:The atopic asthma physique,presence of asthma family history,recent respiratory,the compliance of treatment maybe the risk factors at the process of cough variant asthma change into classical asthma,avoidance and control these risk factors are very important to prevent cough variant asthma change into classical asthma. |
