Purpose:This topic conducts the research in view of the TCM Constitution and the Morbidity Factor on the Patients with Cough Variant Asthma(CVA) and discovers the correlation of morbidity factor and common physical type, which helps prevent and control the patients with CVA for the thorough understanding cause of disease to provide the theory basis.Method:In patients with chronic cough from January 2014 to December 2014 in the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Respiratory clinic for the study, which design factors associated with chronic cough and physical identification as the main content of the questionnaire, collect cough variant asthma and non-chronic cough cough variant asthma general information, cough predis-posing factors, clinical symptoms and signs, physical identification results, and other information in the Western diagnosis. After finishing the relevant information to establish a database, using SPSS18.0 statistical analysis comparing patients with cough variant asthma and chronic cough variant asthma induced cough cough non-related factors and physical differences in the distribution, while logistic regression to explore other methods of cough variant onset asthma correlation between physical factors.Results:1.The study included 170 cases surveyed (excluding due to fall off, fill in incomplete information and with other major medical diseases and other respiratory diseases were a total of 4 cases), which CVA group 84 cases, chronic cough non-CVA group 84 cases, including CVA group of male 28 cases, female 56 cases, with an average age of 37.50±12.88 years; non-CVA group of male 36cases, female 48 cases, with an average age of 36.90±11.35 years. Two survey conducted in terms of gender and age, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05), which was comparable.2. Cough variant asthma and non-cough variant asthma patients with related risk factors by comparing which genetic factors (family history of asthma, family history of allergy), immune factors (food, drugs, physical contact allergies), infection factors (recurrent respiratory tract history of infection) and environmental factors (cold air or exercise-induced) exist statistically significant, which risk factors for cough variant asthma.3.84 cases of cough variant asthma patients, were found in 16 categories of physical fitness, including 63 cases of single constitution, two kinds of constitution and clip for 20 cases, three kinds of constitution and clip for one case.84 cases of cough variant asthma appear Communist constitution type 106 cases, of which the "Tebing" constitution (28.3%), yang-insufficiency constitution (19.0%), Qi-asthenia constitution (15.1%) as the main physical type.4. Further physical types and risk factors were analyzed that family history of asthma, food allergies and allergy drugs on the formation of "Tebing" constitution of statistical significance (P<0.05), family history of asthma and environmental factors (cold air or exercise-induced) for the yang-insufficiency constitution were a statistically significant (P<0.05), family history of allergies, drug allergies, history of recurrent respiratory tract infections and environmental factors (cold air or exercise-induced) for Qi-asthenia constitution were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Genetic factors (family history of asthma, family history of allergy), immune factors (food, drugs,Contact allergies matter), infection factors (history of recurrent respiratory tract infections) and environmental factors (cold air or exercise-induced) as risk factors of cough variant asthma are statistically significant.2. The "Tebing" constitution, yang-insufficiency constitution and Qi-asthenia constitution in patients with cough variant asthma major physical type of TCM.3. CVA risk factors in patients are with certain types of physical relevance.
